    Strange problem with Cobra 2000

    My Cobra 2000 has a hot ground?If I put a volt meter from the spring of the D-104(- side of the volt meter) to the case of the radio there is 13.92+ volts?Does not matter if its on ac or a dc power supply.Its not the mic because I tested it with a my Grant Xl.If you get it close to any coax...
