148GTL final bias COLD VS WARM

ok update when I spray the diode the mA rise to 100+ witch I would expect when I spray the final they drop to 10mA hmmmm.... is that normal?
I am guessing it is because from what I understand bipolar transistors will conduct more when they get hotter "thermal runaway" and less when colder..?
 
its normal for the idle current to drop if you freeze spray the transistor,
yes bipolar transistors conduct harder the hotter they get, that's what the tracking diode is trying to compensate for & why you see the opposite happen when you spray the diode.
