how do you work e=these radios, do they tune separately. Tune the TX the tune in the RX. I know there are a 2 piece units. One RX one TX.

very good radios,but are not a appliance radio like a cobra 29...i ran nothing but them from 1974 till 1992 and have one still...but dont get on 11mtrs much anymore...read the book...put transmitter on say ch22am and rec on 22am and same with any channel...the 4 and 4a dont slide on transmit like the 2 and 3 do,so you will have people fussing on lsb and upper sideband your off freq...73 de JW
