I bought the radio a while back untested one of those it worked when stored deals. The radio looks very good and does not look like any mods or changes have been done. When I hooked up the unit everything came on it recieved talking. I called a local friend and told him to go to 28 and lets talk. He went to 28 so did i and could not talk never heard him. So I hooked up another radio to another antenna keyed the mic and nothing. After moving vfo around and nothing I switched browning reciever to cb 1 that covers lower chanels 1-2? Cant remember but cb2 covers 2?-40. On cb one the vfo picked up the other radio between 11-12 then u can go to 27 move vfo down and get it. I went to 6 on other radio and never could find signal on browning. I know something is out of tune or a resistor/cap could be bad but dont have a clue as where to start. Any help would be great bc sending to barkett is gonna b high dollar and wanting to hold out on that for now
