Talked with two stations in the Philippines and one in China this afternoon.

203 SD 113 Eli (China)

79 SD 010 Jo Jo (Philippines)

79 SD 123 Elmer (Philippines)

Best thing of all tho....done it with just 20 watts from the 2950dx.

My signal was only 4/1 into China, but we at least got to talk for a few minutes. His signal was 5/8 into me.

Is it possible to be on a lake and have a homing directional beam being emitted from the shore so a person could navigate to that beam's source? For example at night to a jetty.
