Since we don't have a vendor review section I'll post this here. Over the past 8 months I've purchased a few things from DX Engineering. Every purchase has been great from order to delivery and their packaging is the best I've experienced from any ham radio dealer.
The Alpha Delta Delta-4B coax switch I ordered two months ago developed an intermittent yesterday on position #1. I noticed when I fired up the FTDX-1200 yesterday and it acted like there was no antenna connected. When I touched the knob on the switch the receive came back and then went out again. If I jiggled it, it would connect. The other 4 positions on the switch are fine.
So I emailed DXE last night to let them know the problem. At 0822 this morning I received two emails back from them. One to let me know they were sending a return shipping label for the bad switch and the other to confirm a new switch was shipped. They couldn't have made it any easier!
