First HF purchase sorta

Not sure if I want a small htx-10 or full-size htx-100 or if I should just go with a ts-440sat or 450sat
I like digital modes and I also like ssb voice and cw.
My budget is $450

I had a ic-7000. I do regret selling it but I just didn't have the patence using filters and didn't like the VHF it had. I could save up and buy the ic-756pro III but I am in a super urge to do ssb and cw and just can't afford a beautiful modern rig. It's getting boring just making qso's on vhf, uhf, shf.

the first radios you listed only do 10 meters... I would get a good used HF rig that does 160-10 (maybe even 160-6 ?)

or maybe a Yeasu 101d? if I recall correctly they do like everything and are about the same size as the htx-100... just a though
