Icom IC-7100 transmit only from 7.3Mhz to 21.45Mhz

Hello,

Trying to fix an Icom IC-7100, the unit work on fine on RX (widely open), but when transmiting the unit transmit only from 7.3Mhz to 21.45Mhz and then back on 30Mhz up to 75Mhz.

The right diodes are cut (6315 & 6316) and I downgrade and upfgrade the firmware.

Any ideas?
