I'm a Belgian Ham , Raf ON5RZ and in the next 5 months I'm going to bicycle alone from San Fransisco to Boston over Canada for some 9000 km starting the 26th of April.
Along with my tent, bicycle and FT817 , I'll take along my European mobile HTC Desire android phone and will be needing some kind of prepaid data / phone card so I can mail and surf and like to buy it in San Fransisco.
Looking on the net I can't easily find some cheap prepaid card for foreigners.
I can't have a contract as I'm a tourist.
Is there a provider in the California/Oregon/Washington area or national that is ok ? Here in Belgium I pay 15 euro for 2GB.
Also I'm looking for a shop in San Fransisco that sells LiPo batteries.
