Anyone looking for an intro to 75m with a friendly group in the NY/NJ/PA/DE/CT/ME and anywhere that can hear us, come on by 3.828 most evenings and say hey. Typically most activity is early evenings 4pm to 10pm and it varies depending on who is around and band conditions.

Worst thing I can say is that a lot of us have known each other for a while so we can be fast on the key, so don't be timid, just toss a call out there when there's space and we'll get to you.
The primary topic of discussion tends to be around equipment and audio related fiddling, but there is no formal topic, it's just a bunch of guys killing time.
The only thing our group doesn't tolerate is people bashing one another in a mean spirited way. We've got people running 2.2kHz stock rigs and we've got people with 'studio quality' at 3kHz there, all are welcome, no equipment bashing is tolerated. If you really want to know how you sound, you'll get an honest answer and most of the time there are people around that are glad to help you set up most any sort of equipment too.
If you don't want an honest answer....just don't ask. If you ask...don't go arguing about it either. It can be truly amazing when someone with horrible audio asks and then argues for 15 minutes telling us how that can't possibly be true....people are strange.
