is it normal for an SSB Radio have its FWR oscillating on the digital watt meter? I have a brand new ICOM M803 HF Radio and everytime I speak on it the SWR behaves staying below 2 but the FWR Value is always oscillating while I speak and when I end the transmissio sometimes I do get 50w reading on the Meter which lasts for a couple seconds on the screen before it desapears.

Sounds like the "PEAK HOLD" function/setting on the meter is Enabled/on...never liked p/h..
