Was wondering about how many watts should this amp be driven with. Also what tubes and around how many watts will this amp do. I might be trading for one of these and if I get it I will be driving it with a RCI2950 or my HR 2510. Any info on these would be appreciated. Thanks

I just was presented with one that had the 2 caps blown to smithereens, Does anyone know what value those large caps on the bottom are supposed to be, and would anyone have a schematic for this puppy?

Hoping to get this thing running...

If I am to understand the info from the operator, It was working and he left the room for a bit and came back when he heard a loud POP and it was smoking. I have to aasume it had the correct transformer unit.

I also thought it was strange the Both caps were blown apart, and he only sent over one shell, I will have to inquire further, It appears that the driver tubes may have been damaged as well as the diode bridges, but I wanted to see if I could get the Manual and Schematics before I dove too far into the amp.

Thanks for your input, and help.

Roger

Is it possible to be on a lake and have a homing directional beam being emitted from the shore so a person could navigate to that beam's source? For example at night to a jetty.
