I spoke with Reggie KP-315. He said his country is in the NE coast of South America. They were a colony of the Netherlands until 1975 when they became independant. I thought this was a neat contact as I had never heard of this country. This was on 27.555 USB

Yeah the country is called Suriname,Paramaribo is the capital city.The country was once called Dutch Guiana before they gained independance.Good catch.It seems that Colombia and Venezuela are really common on the north coast of South America but Guyana,Suriname,and French Guiana are almost never heard.
