do not allow posting if links or pictures than. it can always be set up on a seniority system where there is a minimum length of say 6 months before you are allowed to.

use Classless Inter-Domain Routing and VLSM (Variable Length Subnet Masks) to block all the applicable subnets in the form of an .htaccess file on the server and kiss them goodbye.
