Can someone help with what this meens?

Wavelengths km and cm I get this then I saw just m
what is this
 

ok I think I get it
so if I see a wavelength of 10 km it meens ten kilometer band and if I see 10 m it meens ten meter band?

No, there are NO radio wavelengths in "kilometers." That's way too long

It's kilohertz (khz) that you are seeing.

Radio BANDS are in {meters) 160M, 80M, 40M, 10M and so on.....

Not if he is talking about LF and VLF. Anything below 300 KHz is over a kilometer long. Lot's of foreign regional broadcasters down there.
