    Ah the good old days

I'm pretty sure that was my first 3 element beam in '77. I was 14 and we had a radio shack and my dad bought it, so it had to be.

Got my Tiny SA Ultra (first thoughts)

I got one a week or so ago. Mine come from AURSINC which is on the good list also. I used it to check frequencys on my radios. I will have to learn more about this thing and what else I can do with it.

    Ah the good old days

In 1990, my 2nd setup was Cobra 89 with upper/lowers, D-104, Maco 300 gold face with receive, driven by JB-125 modulator, with Maco 4 element beam on 50' tower. Was TOO MUCH living in town, it had to go. Next was Galaxy 33 and groundplane...just doesn't compare!

Looking for .stl files for cb radios...I now have a 3-D printer

Too many " hobbies", really. I need to get back to it. Started back in the CB hobby now, taking time. Moved right after I got it, and still much to do getting the other house ready to sell. A friend/co-worker just got one too, that is helping my interest in it. I made several parts I needed that...

    11 meter is very quiet?

Was just on LSB38 and it was jumping. Talked to Virginia and Pittsburgh. Things was rather rough there and some idiot called himself gladiator, talking stupid and nasty. He needs a pin in his coax.

I been doing some reading on here about the WDX thing, and I see there is already a 2112 in MO. I downloade the exel spreadsheet and see that 456 is available. I will stop using the 2112 and if 456 is still available i would like to sign up as Del, N.E. AR, WDX-456. Not sure where this post...

The old FCC issued cb call signs

Yea I had a card file box. Come across it back some 17yrs back while doing some cleaning after my mom passed. Didn't think enough of it to keep it. That was from the mid to late 70s. I still remember my dads camper shell had the KCF 9455 on the back glass and a 108" steel whip on the bumper...

Thanks for making me think here. Looks like both 10uf 450v caps are bad. These are 1950 version, so, new ones can be expected to be a little smaller in physical size, correct? I see them on Amazon and are smaller.
