Thanks wire weasel, sounds good to me. i borrowed a meter and it showed useing variable 25 deadkey and swing was 50 watts its a new radio has the seal on side that says wallcott cb. And a 100 watts on ssb they said,that they did a tune up. So i think that the meters wrong. will post when new...
I did a mosfet mod 2030 and after the mod was done, R46 resistor burnt up. Did this mod before and never had this problem. I repaired R46 resistor and it burnt up again?? So its got to be something else. Any ideas were to look?? Thanks.
Thanks bob85, yea i talked to some locals here in nor-cal they say they heard of this builder. I got a 16 transistor amp that i was told buy the guy i bought it from that 2112 built it. Just wanted to get more info on amplifier. Looks very well built. Thanks again
