I have since sold this scanner, but I have another one that looks like it, that also picks up the CB and 800 MHz band (cell blocked). This one DOES have a bracket, also has a charger, a cigg lighter plug, and a wire antenna. Absolutely nothing wrong with this one. Model 350BC Same price $50...

I love this little radio. It's not much bigger than a pack of cigarrettes. Works good, comes with mic and cord but no bracket or manual (can be downloaded online). MARS/CAP mod has been done. Mic cord is in perfect shape. $80 shipped in the lower 48 states.
