Great amp definitely puts out the watts. Asking $700 due to shipping cost. Photo showing watts is @ 15.5v with 7watts in. I would not run it that way I would keep it at 13.8v with 3 to 5 in to guarantee longevity.

Running it that way will make it's life very very short ! 14 volts at 4 watts would be more like it......
