I worked Alabama and Georgia today from Western Washington but it was threading the needle.

After all the action yesterday, it's like the morning after the 4th when the excitement is dead and all we find is fireworks trash..
I heard WR933 New Brunswick Canada this morning for a few minutes then he was gone. Nothing but static the rest of the day.

Started at 5:30am and just getting home about 7:30pm so no radio for me either. No ssb at least but heard 27.185 on the big road all day. Sometimes just listening to fellow drivers is entertaining by itself. "Hey swift, what..... did you miss a gear in that automatic"

The band was not real good this morning, there was a high noise floor, but as I bounced around .365 to .405 there were people there you just had to dig them out.
I managed Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Michigan, a couple guys in Ontario and I could hear double six double six in Washington, but he could not hear me.
Ch 6 and 11 had plenty traffic, lots of traffic for mmm, I guess he had it locked up back east.
Some greyline to Hawaii this evening would be nice.
