Are you referring to the VCO Voltage setting? Right to specs. FIne.Meter is now moving after alignment but my volatge on channel 19 is 3.2vdc channel 40 is like 3.7 vdc shouldnt it be like 4.2?

your saying those specs are fine ?Are you referring to the VCO Voltage setting? Right to specs. FIne.
You will need to connect your freq counter to TP-1 and make sure that t doesn't lose 'lock' (stays on freq - no random drifting). If the voltage is too low, it will lose that freq 'lock' on the upper channels and the freq counter readings will be random/sporadic. This will happen on ch 40 if the VCO voltage is too low. If the freq is already 'locked' with the voltage you have on it on ch 40; then you are good to go.your saying those specs are fine ?
