If there's no significant differences in the two antennas, meaning physical ones making one more difficult that th othr to put up and keep up, then pick whichever you 'like' the best. One dBi of difference will make NO practical difference in either direction.
The signal's beam width difference, 6 degrees, is something else that's not going to make a huge difference in either direction (pun intended). Your rotor just isn't capable of of that small of a movement, and there's at -least- that much random movement because of any wind moving the antenna. I tend to 'wonder' about those beam widths anyway, they are kind of 'narrow' from my experience.
