i work mainly 20 meters during the day,40 in the eave and 75 at night switching between a Titan DX, for 20 & 40 and go to my wires i play with at night for 75. longing for the weather to break to put up a beam for 20 meters. what do yall use?

At home I use an Alpha Delta DX-CC for 10,20,40,80 inverted V and a Cushcraft R6000 vertical above it for 6,10,11,12,15,17,20. I sometimes use the r6000 on 75 for kicks since it has a harmonic there that works pretty good. Sometimes the vertical just has stronger signal than the shortened inverted V.

Well before I lost my tribander due to wind and ice I used a Cushcraft A3 for 20m and an inverted L for 40,80 and 160m. Now I just have a pair of parallel diploes up for 20m and 80m but I may take them down and put the inverted L back up. It seemed to do a better job on 80m and worked real well on 17m. I need to do a LOT of antenna work in the next year or so. The plan is under way to install a brand new 56 foot freestanding tower and retire the existing 40 footer to light duty service holding my 2m and 6m beams. The new tower will be built so it will tilt over like a flag pole and will support a home made quad that I am also working on the design of. It will have two elements on 15,17, and 20m and three elements on 10 and 12m.I will also install an inverted L for the lower bands and possibly a couple of slopers around the tower. All I need is the money to do it. The tower and rotator will come this fall I hope and I plan to order the fiberglass this winter and start working on the quad . Hope to have it installed next spring/summer of 2010.

I run an Imax-2000 for 10, 11, 12, and 15.

I have a home-brew W5GI wire array for 80, 60, 40, 20, 17, 15, 12, 10, and 6.

Workman UVS-300 dual bander for 2m and 70cm, as well as MURS.

Diamond D130J Discone for GMRS and general VHF/UHF monitoring.
