Hello everyone I'm fairly new to the world why do you ask for him. So please bear with me. I am looking for anyone at is done the VCO adjustment on the 2950 DX

Virgin coconut oil (VCO) can be produced from fresh coconut milk, A thousand mature coconuts weighing approximately 1,440 kilograms (3,170 lb) yield around 170 kilograms (370 lb) of copra from which around 70 litres (15 imp gal) of coconut oil can be extracted.

to adjust the VCO add or subtract the coconuts ? just a guess I am not a teck.
hope this helps.

There are two VCO voltage adjustments. I really would advise you NOT to mess with aligning this radio unless you already have a lot of experience with radio alignments. Not the easiest radio to get right - by any means. Go messing with that voltage with a cheap DVM and you may well lose some channels at either end of its spectrum.

This is one of those times where if you have to ask, you have no business doing. I am not a dumb man, but I don't twist radios. I would love to buy the equipment and learn to play with radios, but it just doesn't make sense. It may seem expensive to send a radio off for work, (I know, I am very frugal) but unless that is your only hobby and you will be tuning 100's of radios it's not worth it. Just my experience after "peaking" a 959 after getting a new primary radio. With that said, I am considering recapping a grant xl and adding channels, but sending it off for tuning.

Is this a new radio with a warranty ???? you may need to send it in for repairs etc. If not a shop that would do a complete alignment to the radio would be your best bet.
