The last piece of the puzzle came together last night....
While trolling Flea Bay for duplexers, I found one with a fairly low "Buy-it-Now" price listed with The Antenna Farm. Have purchased from them before online, got my VX-170 from them.
Anyway, I have a Comet VHF / UHF duplexer with SO-239 connectors coming, so once I get that hooked up I'll be able to run both radios at the same time and not have to play musical chairs with my coax connections......
