A few radios I picked up for free (and they work!)

Acquired myself two radios, a Cobra 78x and a Midland 77-155. Both I finally determined still work and still transmit.

How many of you know (without having to Google search it) what famous TV show used the Cobra 78x and in what car was it used in?

Correct! The Cobra 78x was indeed the very same radio used in the General Lee on The Dukes Of Hazzard the TV series.
