Please take the time to show your appreciation for the hard work the adminerators do around here.

Thanks and keep it good natured.

glr your lips smell of moleass:blink:

joking aside they do a good job of moderating, people here including me get away with posts that would not fly on other forums i use,

for the most part they let us have our debates without sticking their oar in,
you don't get banned for pointing out the forum sage talks technobullshit like other forums,

we did go through a rough patch with one clueless mod but thats stopped,
its the least moderated radio forum i have found,

regardless of how they moderate somebody will be unhappy,
i would not have the job if they payed me to do it, nor would i have many friends:LOL:.

In spite of the differences of opinions and ideas, I must say that I appreciate this forum. The moderators have made it possible for this to be one of the most resourceful places on the internet for learning. I have been encouraged, mocked, debated, tolerated, and indulged. I have been allowed to express myself, but never have I been denigrated by any of the moderators.
Doubtless, they have done a good job overall.

Marconi's side of the issue.

I have no continuing problem with Moleculo or the staff at WWRF, and I too appreciate the forum and the way it is run.

I typically don't complain when trouble makers (I call em' "Oneliners") pop up and add nothing to a discussion in a good thread and I sure don't object to a different point of view...even when the debate gets heated. I try to participate in the discussion of ideas, and that is why I wrote Moleculo a PM about the Top Hat thread being locked. Ya'll didn't hear about my input into the injustice either and rightfully so...did you? I think everyone can see how that went, even though the thread is still in limbo.

This deal with HH was nothing but a lack of communications, and it was not, as represented, Ole' Grampa being promised an antenna to test one day...and bitching and complaining the next---for not getting it RIGHT NOW!

I can also give my side of the story for my claim regarding my injecting Moleculo into the issue, but the record is in the thread and has to do with my raising a question about his claim that the 2 meter Giz had an 18 mhz bandwidth.

I also have a pdf file that I can post with all of the emails from March 8, thru March 20, telling ALL that went on concerning this issue, and it is pretty easy to understand how it developed and maybe why it happened. I'm not happy with my part in this, but as Happy Hammer notes in his avatar, "That's the way I roll!"

I would however, prefer that Moleculo post the full story and show us all the emails. IMO, it wasn't a snap judgment by Marconi as suggested.

As a mater of record, this forum has always been my choice of places to be, and I thank all involved in making it such a good place to hang out.

This is easily the most informative forum to be a part of, that's indisputable, and I think everybody is ready to just move forward (y)
