It seems every pirate radio station operator busted in recent years has a Hispanic last name, coincidence?

Maybe in Mexico assuming that's where there from, it's easy to get away with it but not here.

More than likely, another example of people who are probably here illegally and have no respect for our country or laws and feel they can do as they please.

You're absolutely correct. Even if they were here illegally that would never come to play in this action. If it did the action would most likely be dismissed immediately and the offender would find some lowlife attorney to bring a lawsuit against the FCC. Some in this country would have us believe that calling out illegals is just as politically incorrect as shouting racial slurs in the street.
