Got an X-force 200HD 2x2879 and when I hook up coax to the input side the recive goes out? So I put in another amplifier and its fine, coax is good and radio is good. Any ideas.

Open amp and check to make sure feed thru wire on relay in intact. If the feedthru wire across relay is fine. Could be relay or a broken wire. Does it transmit?

Wires look intact, and it does not transmit. Shows nothing on the meter. Thanks. for the help.

Does amp key? Can you hear relay click when you you turn on and transmit?

Yes the amplifier relay clicks when keyed.

Weird. I would double check wire from input coax connector to relay. Just because amp keys doesn't mean it is hooked up. Especially since you lose receive when u hook up. Does it do it all the time or just when amp is on? Have you had this amp or just recently purchased?

This is what I did replaced the keying curcuit and replaced the relay and it works great now, Thanks everyone for the help. 148 in cali wavin.
