Im looking into those EMTRONS and I do have other amplifiers Yaesu 2100B Ameritron ALS-600 and another Ameritron tube amplifier I use the ALS-600 more than anything because its so easy tu run all I have to do is mess with the antenna tuner and th band selector on the the amp when changing bands my Tube amps theres a little more to mess with (Tune and Load) ETC. I was just curious about these ACNACONDA AMPS if they were legit or paperweights.

I have to agree,thay are great amps. I have heard many guys complimenting the Emtrons. The only bad thing I ever heard about them is that they are located in Australia and shipping is a bitch.
I was just wandering because I have a mint ft 101e and wanted to get the matching 2100b amplifier. And I run the ft101e on 11 meter every now and then.
You won't want to run an FL- 2100 very hard on AM. It only has a pair of 572B's and was meant for CW/SSB service. I would run no more that 100 watts carrier peaking to 400 on AM. Even then watch for too much heat or coloration of the plates.The tubes and power supply in that amp are only rated for 600 watts pep output.
