Set up a perimeter ring of 20 feet and remove any items you wish to keep from that area.
Set timer, walk away (or run depending on duration setting)
Once loud Boom, echoes - and any debris, finally settles - note the item no longer has any issues - nor does it even exist.
Offer customer a replacement that is something you can actually fix.
Problem solved.
WD-40 and Windex washes away all the problemsI wish I had a Universal Solvent that you can apply and your problems will go away, but I have yet to locate that.

You might think that "coax cleaner" is a joke, but we actually had such a substance at the cable company. It was an industrial strength orange cleaner that was marketed, at the time, specifically for cleaning the sticky gunk on flooded coax. Nobody ever used it for that, but it worked excellent on cleaning the similar substance inside fiber bundles. When I stopped working there, I acquired a couple bottles, but I used the last of it about 5 years ago. I need to get more. It was better than any substance normally available to the public.Oh sure!
