I was told it may take 4 to 6 months to get mine back after I send it in. It needs to be recalibrated. The only other choice I have is to buy another meter. I do like the meter and the way it works.I have a couple other meters as well that I don't like as well. ie: PDC 600, 700, Dosy Test Center, ect....
