Anyone have information on the 8975wgl Tubes

just wondering if anyone knows the output wattage of an 8975wgl tube.....found a Galaxy box with 4 of these tubes....he says it will do 1500 watts with 150 drive.....the tubes arnt much bigger then the 6lf6 tube...so i was just wondering if anyone had info on these tubes

    Is it possible to be on a lake and have a homing directional beam being emitted from the shore so a person could navigate to that beam's source? For example at night to a jetty.
