Anyone use the TalkBack and sounds like the echo is on but it's not but your voice coming through the radio has echo is there a way to make it normal besides turning the talkback off?

It's not the echo you're hearing, it's the delay in the noise reduction circuit. Turn off the NR and listen to it again.

Do you have another radio turned on in the shack, monitoring? We have had similar questions before, and in these cases it has ended up being only the TX and RX processing delays, causing the "echo" sound when monitoring your own audio with different RX sources.
These radios run the audio via DSP and therefor they have a small processing delay.
Turning the TalkBack volume down a bit should help.
