use main tuning knob to adjust?
It doesn't have a VFO function. It's a channelized radio, so that's not a "tuning knob" it's a selector with detents. It's possible that it does also function as a clarifier like you said, but if that's the case it must tune in steps. Hopefully they are tiny steps like 50 or 100 Hz.
Still a huge PITA. Dedicated clarifier control would be much better!
 
That really is tiny! I wonder what PEP is on sideband? Even 4watt AM & FM and 12 SSB would be fine as you could easily drive a small amp without having to mess with the radio. I also wonder how loud the audio could be from that teeny weeny speaker on the bottom.........
I would assume this is a software based radio like the QX ones where everything is done through a menu/service menu.
