Well I would prefer the 3500 unless you get a late model 3300 black face(had one 100 watt regret getting rid of) They have MUCH cleaner audio for SSB, The rocker switches wear out on the 3300 the push buttons easier on the 3500... The 2510 no slouch either dont care for the LCD if you want to call it that display, hard to see in the AZ sun
Also the 3300/3500 can be tricked to go lower in freq then the 2510 for more bands... Now if you work AM more get the 2510...
I do have a lincoln now and would trade for a ar3300/3500 in a heart beat..
But then again the Lincoln works and I wouldnt know the history of the ar3300/3500
I had a HR-2510 and the Lincoln, Never had the Ar-3300, But i had the black face Ar-3500 100wt model with all the extras. That was the best SSB radio i ever had. JMO.
I own a AR3500 and by far much better than any 2510 or 2600/clones. The only way to improve upon the AR3500 is to go with the Icom or Kenwood line, but now you are spending even more $$$.
