So, to catch fish you must wet the line!!!!:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

The "Team" had good success, considering band conditions were only "fair".
I was the weak link, only managing slightly less than 100 Q's.
I was also operating when the band was CRAP. My schedule started at around 8:00 PM till Mid-Night Saturday evening, then back on Sunday morning about 7:00 AM till around 10:00 AM.
I worked hard to make 15 Qs over the course of that time slot Sunday morning, even the locals were not hearing me!!!!:(
I did manage Barbados, Curacao and logged St. Helena Island (Africa) on CW but even that was a struggle!
Then shortly after 10:30 AM the band began to open:mad:
The next team got the ball rolling with help from a short Eskip opening to NW. They snagged quite a few multipliers in the MN/WIS/SD/ND etc. Then West coast opened.
I was listening on my mobile on the way home from Ohio to Central Ind. (about 80 miles) and heard the Contest station almost all the way home!!!!!:D
WHY was it not like that when I was operating?:confused:
So goes the band!!!!

The final tallies are on the right. 702 Qs ... 131,000+ points
We had only 19 DXCC Countries worked, the East Coaster's will most likely shatter us, score wise as they had an opening to Europe. We never heard a single one.
We did manage pretty much every country in S. America.
We had 123 contacts from Central Ohio to Brazil (96 Qs) and Argentina. (27 Qs)
Hope all enjoyed the RadioFun 73
All the Best
Gary
