Jake has one on the roof of his truck, & he's only running a "Bobtized" Magnum S-45 in his truck, with nothing else inline. I can usually pick him up all the way down to his work 20 (down past Tewksbury) with no problem.

Mushroom also has one. I wish I still had mine!

A 55 makes a 10K sound like a "rubber duckie" antenna.

sixwheeler, which 10k do you have? Is it a single coil or a two coil? What kind of vehicle do you have it mounted on and where do you have it mounted? Kale
