Where my antenna is mounted it sticks out at an angle from my car. Can I bend the antenna near the base about 2 degrees to get it to go perpendicular to my car?

If it's only off 2 degrees does it really matter? Heck a wilson or K40 will tilt 3-4 degrees most any time when stationary.

Sorry what I meant was left to right not forward and back. Its mounted on the rear quarter panel so when looking at the back of my car its at the 11 1/2 position if you consider my center of vehicle 12 oclock. So a slight bend at base will bring it straight up from my car
