Carbon resistor help

Nothing was checked yet, it seems someone wanted my Fluke meter more than I did:mad: I will post some close up pics of both sides of the boards. Something may be evident to you guys that I simply overlooked.
 
Did you get the schematic diagrams I sent?

Yes I did and thank you! although for some reason I can not load them to pics from my email. Here are some more pics. I can see someone has been here before me and removed/replaced this board/caps before but I do not visually see anything else that looks bad.

This is the hi-voltage board where the offending resistor resides.

Here is the hi-voltage board just concentrating on the resistor R9.

On your hi-voltage board there should be 3 equalizing resistors (470k ohm)and 1 bleeder resistor (R9-1m ohm 1 watt).

But, as I stated previously in an earlier post, the amp should function normally without resistor R9.
