Looking at the graphs you can see we may have yet not reached the bottom, which means we have at least 1-2 more years with present or worse conditions. Then we should see a slow rebound.
This does not mean well will not have propagation openings on the higher HF bands, it just illustrates openings will be less frequent and shorter duration when open. The distance will also be shorter when open.
Best to do anything you can to maximize your antennas, adding rotatable beams at good height above 30ft or more will help when the weaker openings happen. Spend your money on antennas, not adding more power if you can't focus your signal in the direction of the openings...all the power you can muster won't help.
Best advice if your a big DX chaser is get away from 10/11 meters (as they will be slowest to recover) and get your Amateur license and being able to use 20 meters and 40 meters will be the best bands for DXing over the next several years.
