Lots of terms used by radio Techs who post online
Videos such
As , Dead key
Swing
Barefoot
And Drive
Have I managed to Miss any which might be important

There’s quite a few. Not limited to CB given the ones you’ve listed.

Etiquette might be more The How To of over-air TX. In which case CB is notorious. But many if not most terms once popular disappeared ages ago (if we are speaking of AM-19 only).

Much of what remains can be truck-centric versus CB or Amateur in general.

Once speed limits climbed out of the basement, trucker usage fell off.

Etiquette is awareness of volatile conditions affecting TX/RX. Being direct is easiest. Short phrases. No sentences by Cardinal Newman or Henry James.

Have a radio turned on. The general usage you hear is adequate to the purpose.

NATO Phonetic Alphabet use NEVER hurts.

That's exactly what I thought when reading the title, thought oh boy you mean there's still etiquette in this world period...... I know, there are a few with respectful conversations but out on the road man there's definitely a lack of it!

In Amarillo we have the guy claiming to be a driver saying kick it up to 27 for that "chicken feed" or "go fast". He's been around for years so I don't think he's a driver. There's the occasional "working girl" for that "commercial company" as well. How about that "seat cover" in the red convertible west bound just past the 73 exit... haha it took me a while to figure that one out.

West Memphis infamous for same. Late-night laid-back Negro FM disc jockey sound. Almost a murmur.
. “Kick it back to 27 for the real deal”

And you thought you’d found a late night inner-city jazz station.
Pharaoh Sanders & Sun Ra.

“Next up, Brutha Morgan’s, Sidewinder”

I remember her.......Made me do a "double take on the Interstate", resulting with an immediate "Flip-flop" to "Cold trail" her, but then on the "backside" I had the "Bubble gum" flashing in the rearview. That "Smokie" wrote me a "Green Stamp" for traffic violation, Improper Lane Usage......,but "Mr. Bear".....I used the "Green Strip". So much for catching up to those "Ta-Ta's"........

Ah, breaker one-nine, this here's the Rubber Duck. You gotta copy on me, Pig Pen, c'mon? Ah, yeah, 10-4, Pig Pen, fer shure, fer shure. By golly, it's clean clear to Flag Town, c'mon. Yeah, that's a big 10-4 there, Pig Pen, yeah, we definitely got the front door, good buddy. Mercy sakes alive, looks like we got us a convoy.....
