How do I turn OFF the chat window on the right side of the screen? It reloads on every page and I never use it. There is never any current activity there when I am here.

AND,

How do I get rid of this: Our system has detected that an "AdBlocker" is installed in your browser. It is blocking advertisements and possibly other essential functions in our site. Please consider to disable the AdBlocker while you're browsing in our site. You may not be aware, but any visitor supports our site by just viewing ads.

Without disable adblocker. NONE of the other forums that I am a member of do this. I will NOT disable adblocker for any reason.

Thanks.

You can't - just ignore it if you don't want to use it. Or - start a conversation and see if anyone joins you...kinda like calling CQ ;)

Disable the adblocker for this site only or do this: http://www.worldwidedx.com/account/upgrades which will support the site and also get rid of all of the ads for you.

Right now I see eBay at the top and a local political ad at the bottom.

So, the real question is: Do you like the ad you see?

LOL

I'll work on getting rid of them for supporting members...unless you like the ebay ad; personally I find that one useful to see what deals are happening in real time.
