What choice do you have? You can get Russian tubes too.

Taylor/RF Parts tubes are made in China and they are fine.

They claim ISO9002 standards if that means anything. I tried a Babel Fish translation but it was almost as confusing as the original Chinese site.

Just copy and paste this URL http://www.ks-hifi.com/artical/shuguang/shuguang.htm and select Chinese trad-English and hit "Translate"

Looks like even with the translation, something gets lost LOL.
It would seem that the automated machines must be run by hand in a old, shut down factory.
Kind of interesting how each part of the tube is built by hand.....

They work great. They just silkscreen Taylor on them so get the plain janes. I did get matched ones. Dont know if it matters.

In the pictures of the factory, It looks like LG moved the old manufacturing plant to China and reopened it using all of the old equipment.
