Well, I got to turn on. the receive is working but when I key up the meter on the radio goes to 0 s units. I have a radio close to it and it shows that the radio keys up but nothing shows on my Dosy meters and no modulation. What is going on with this radio? Please help. Thanks.

Again, do what this guy Dodgem said to do.

I have a 25 gtl here as a parts units, I can't see the actual number on it but, just replace it with a 1n4002 or a 1n4007 or anything in between, it's not a critical part so any of them will work just fine.

Can you take some clear pictures of the cobra 25gtl if you still have it. I received a used one and it’s been modified to hell and I want to compare with a fairly stock one to compare.
