The conditions haven't been right, waiting for mother nature to cooperate.
Thought I had one. Nope wasn't a WDX just similar call. Been able to get some dx contacts, south America, Jamaica, Chicago, Phoenix. But none in the Lone Star. Have tried to holler at Ralph, @Riverman
Been hearing alot of Hams on 11m, guess there are some still out there that aren't prejudiced like Jim, [USER=38751]@Riverman.
*Note: To clarify I am not stating, @Riverman, is prejudiced against 11m. Rather the opposite, I am acknowledging that he comes from 11m and still uses Citizens Band.[/USER]

Please don't take jabs here, it would be a shame to get the contest thread locked down. Just sayin.
Not a jab at anyone. But acknowledging that there are still Ham Op using 11m. I read the post and realized how "some' may take that, looked at rephrasing but realized it was too difficult and I am lazy. So I added a note to clarify.
I realize some get their "feelings" hurt quite easily, especially with statements they do not agree with. We have seen this recently.
Besides, I just realized the originator of this post agreed with my comment
, I don't think we shall get this locked down.

It didn't hurt my feelings a bit. Whether or not I agree with it is not the point. Its just that getting this thread locked would suck. Especially since the other Corona Virus thread is now locked. Incase you haven't figured it out, this is how a thread gets locked. That's all I was saying. If you want it to get locked, then go right ahead. I am done.
Darn Shade, unfortunately you are correct, but I am un able to see what was stated in that thread, only the last post pertaining to critique of an operator. Some posts were censored. Mine included. I understand my use of foul language should have resulted in the censor.
Have some sounds emanating from radio now, weird ones, digital beeps and what knots. Maybe the band will open. "Hello, I'm Mr. Ed" just came out the speaker. This guy is funny.
Right now listening to LSB 38 and group out of AZ. Were talking about the good ole 148's. Have some out at the doctors office right now, but due to Corona Virus elective surgeries are being delayed.

I was only able to make contact with one other WDX member. That was forum member Dmans on 38 LSB on 4/14/20. But alas, that date was designated as "even date" for AM contacts.
