I. OBJECTIVE: For amateurs around the world to contact as many other amateurs in as many CQ zones and countries as possible.
II. BANDS: Six bands only: 1.8, 3.5, 7, 14, 21 and 28 MHz.
The observance of established band plans is strongly encouraged.
III. CONTEST EXCHANGE: SSB: RS report plus CQ Zone number of the station location (e.g., 59 05). CW: RST report plus CQ Zone (e.g., 599 05).

I'll be operating from W8PR starting Saturday around 12:00 PM EST through Sunday morning.
I hope for good conditions.
Heard many stations yesterday on 20m yesterday afternoon testing set-ups for the weekend!!!
Notable was ZS6 (South Africa) was very loud for almost an hour during the afternoon, plus the several Carribean stations.
Belize was also heard!!!

Bands been down with weeks of 0 sunspots but is amazing how a contest can stir up the atmosphere.

I think I may try answering a few calls. Also love these to hear how well I can pick up stations. May be a problem for me though. Lately I have had a ton of QRM around my neighborhood. Solar panels going up all around me.
