Wow ! Officer Higgens is a funny MOFO! So according to officer Higgens the thieif, who most likely took the ten year generator (probubly to support his/her meth/heroin habit) should've approached the kindly robbery victim and said "dear kind sir. I heard your so kind and was wondering if you could give me $100 as I'm quickly becoming dope sick and if I don't get fixed up soon I'm going to begin convolsing and be in a physical and mental pain that can't be described in words. Officer Higgins and posibly his small two police car department could br bankrupt by the amount of money the suspected perpetrator could win in a law suite because officer Higgins out right threatened him in the most public fourm one could, a video stating the possible ŕamifications he (the perp) might suffer for ripping off a well liked local citizen. If officer Higgins catches him. Thanks to a Brooklyn ny police officer I was able to purches my first home at the age of fourteen when she thought it was ok to split my head open leaving me wit 22 stitches. All because I was playing basketball in the park which I played in everyday since the age of five. It was her fourth day on the job and was attempting to enforce the sign stating this park closes at dusk. I tried explaining that all the nabourhood kids played in the park and 'she was the first flat foot to" and without another word being said she cracked my head opened with her flash light. I actually thanked her every day until she retired many years later fot the $50.000 home i bought for my family and myself. I bought that home in 1979 for $3000 less then my 22 stitches earned me. Imo officer higgins should retract his what was no more then a threat of violence against someone who will be inocent even if he's walking down main street pulling that very same grnerater.
