disc capacitors

Ah, do we have the right capacitance units here?

Microfarads? Or picofarads?

A 100 uf 3kv capacitor should be the size of a gallon gasoline can.

But a 100pf 3kV disc cap won't be much bigger than a nickel or a quarter.

And a 100pf 50v ceramic disc may be a quarter inch diameter, maybe smaller.

Okay, so what's the callout number of the cap in question?

I see some point zero one 50-Volt caps in the list. If that's the one in question, a 3kv part won't be that much larger.

Not about to criticize dyslexic.

I've replaced all the caps, drum and disc on both the power input and output boards. The ones that blew were one disc, a 102 @ C902 on the power input board, and one drum, a 16V 100pf @ C702on the power output board. the 102 was changed to a 102 3kV, and the drum was changed to a 25V 100pf. I also changed the big 35V 10,000pf electrolytic next to the power supply transformer to a 50V 10,000pf
