Do mobile CB radios get out further with higher input voltage?

Was curious if you can get out further when there's 14.4 volts running into the radio as opposed to 12.4 volts?
 

Regardless of circuit design the miniscule power difference between 14.4 volts and 12.4 volts would not be detectable on the receiving end and only slightly noticeable on a power meter.
 
Ok thanks just wondering. I noticed every time I start the engine on my daily driver truck, the needle on my Cobra 21 swings a little more farther to the right into the red, that's why I asked. I don't believe there's any interference in the radio either.
